PDF text outline export

I would like to request that for neon signs or any other product with text, that the PDF that is generated be VECTOR Pdf, not a bitmap image. If the text is white, it’s ridiculous to have white on white. Right now the only option to export without converting it to a bitmap image is to select “single element” and export as SVG. For the person receiving print orders, this is not always easy or even an option (if they can’t access the wordpress dashboard for example, maybe they only have access to the FTP folder)

So, ideally, when a client creates a product with text, the order would be saved to the FTP or Dropbox folder automatically as a VECTOR PDF and not a bitmap image.
