Neon Text effect

I would like to request that the Neon text be more realistic, to show the color of the LED lighting more distinctly in the actual letters, not only as a light color reflection behind white letters. When a user selects a color, the color of the letters should adjust as well.

I think it must be possible as it is done is many other plugins, for example:
